Simplicity 9686/0675 sewing pattern. This 1982 dated pattern can be used to make a Misses' Set of Blouses in 4 Styles, in a size 10.
The pattern is uncut but not factory folded.

The instructions are in English. (Note that the rear of the envelope is written in English and French but there are no French instructions in the envelope.

From the rear of the envelope:

MISSES' SET OF BLOUSES:
Blouse V. l and 2 has front tucks, stand-up collar, front buttoned band and set-in sleeves gathered to armholes and to buttoned cuffs. Ruffled V. l has long sleeves. V. 2 has elbow length tucked sleeves. Blouse V. 3 and 4 has left side button closing and set-in sleeves gathered to armholes. V. 3 has three-quarter length sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V. 4 has triple flutter sleeves.

Fabrics:
Soft cotton types: broadcloth, chambray, lawn. Georgette. Silk and silk types. Crepe de Chine. Handkerchief linen. V. 3 also in crinkled cotton. Extra fabric needed to match plaids, stripes, one-way designs. Use nap yardage and nap layouts for one-way design fabrics. Not suitable for obvious diagonal fabrics.

Notions:
Thread. V. l and 2: Nine 1.3cm buttons. V. 3: Eight l.3cm buttons. V. 4: Six l.3cm buttons.

The envelope has some wrinkling and corner wear. The flap is partially detached.
Someone has written "Free" on the front of the envelope and circles one yardage on the rear side.
