Simplicity 5296 sewing pattern by Marjorie Pucett. This 1981 vintage pattern can be used to make desk and dresser accessories. The envelope contains pattern pieces and detailed directions for making Picture frames, Trinket boxes and Book covers. The Pattern is cut out but not factory folded, it looks like the sheets have been examined many times. See the pattern inventory below.

Note: this pattern is too thick to mail as letter mail so I will separate it into two piles and put it in a 8-1/2 X 11" envelope .

Fabrics:
All views in 90cm or 115cm fabrics with or without nap, such as cotton types, firm silk types, velveteen. Strings V. 2. 3 or 4-use 10 different colorful fabric remnants or purchase 0.I0m of each color.

Notions:
Thread; non-toxic craft glue; 1.3cm wide double-faced carpet or transparent tape, mat board-one sheet 82cm x 102cm; Batting-one sheet 183cm x 230cm; fusible interfacing-0.30m of 55cm, 60cm or 64cm wide; fusible webbing-0.30m of 46cm, 50cm or 54cm wide.

The envelope is in poor condition with major corner damage and edge rolling. There is a small rips on the top corners. The Flap is missing. Someone has written their name on the front of the envelope. (see Pictures).

Don't you just hate it when you buy a pattern and there is a piece missing, or some pieces are cut to a smaller size then listed or worse yet some of the enclosed pieces are not even for the pattern you bought?

I have seen this with some of the patterns that I buy or that are given to me to sell.

That is why I take the time to inventory every piece of the pattern. I give you an accurate list of what is in the package, no surprises. Also, whenever possible, I show pictures of the front & rear of the pattern envelope, the Cutting guide and the size chart. The suggested materials and notion lists are also supplied in my listings.

Please Note that I ship patterns via letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping please let me know prior to paying for the item
