signed AGRA Duo Rouge and Powder Compact US 1920's
Double hinged case with rouge and puff holder behind the mirror (small loop to open)
Metal pan with original puff to main body
Signed 'Agra Parfumer' and 'Compact Naturelle Rouge Naturelle' to base
Front stamped with Ci-mi trademark
Rouge was glued in place, but now loose which enables the stamped information on the back to be seen, marked: 'Kendall's Patented Plate Pat Agra ....(unclear, hidden by glue spot)'
Gold-plated case now worn in parts which exposes white metal body
Clasp, hinges and mirror all in very good condition, with two original puffs
Measures 2 1/2" (6.5 cms) across x just over 1/2" (12 mms) deep
Agra went out of business in the 1920's - this is a very rare compact - there can't be that many left in the world
