Publisher not stated, not numbered.
Postally used on 20 April 1911 with double circle Sherborne cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Miss Thrasher, Rosebery Cottage, Broadway, Frome, Somerset.
Fairly good condition, with slight corner bumps, but very small creases to both bottom corners and 10mm tear to left centre of bottom edge.
