Payment:
We ask for payment within 4 days of purchase, unless other arrangements have been made. PayPal is accepted.

Canada - regular shipping within Canada can take up to 14 business days depending on location
USA - Ground shipping can take up to 21 business days, Air or Expedited is recommended.   
International - items are shipped via Air mail and delivery time is based on your location

Shipping insurance is available and for some items it is already included, please contact us.  We are not responsible for late, lost or damaged items once they leave our care.

All items are packed securely, using the double box system when necessary, and whenever possible we will use recyclable packing materials.
