This sale is for the Survey and the Pre Stamped Envelope only.

A single page with attached envelope for Sears Craftsman series tools. The Survey is by the Canadian Hardware Consumer Survey. It is written in English and French.

It is a single sheet, printed on both sides, folded in 3, with a detachable envelope.

Part No. SP5928

Printed in Canada 3/96 (March. 1996).

The Survey page has a fold along the outer edge. I see no writing or other markings on the survey.

It measures 30.5 X 23.2 cm (12 X 9-1/8 inches) Unfolded. 23.2 X 10.2 cm (9-1/8 X 4 inches) folded and weighs 10 grams (1/4 ounces).

I acquired this manual from an estate sale and I do not have the actual oscillating spindle sander.

This sale is for the actual OEM owner's manual. It is not a photo copy, a CD or DVD. It is a paper manual. I only have the one manual. when it is sold it is gone.
