ALL GRADING IS VISUAL. Flat measures approximately 12" x 12". Flat is in Poor condition with wear especially on the corners. 4 bent corners which leaves creases that affect the front and back of the flat. . There are creases on the flat. 2 long creases the width of the flat. I can feel both creases. Both creases affect the front and back of the flat. flat does not lay flat.
I COMBINE POSTAGE BY WEIGHT. US buyer pays parcel select mail with insurance extra. Buyer is responsible for lost or damaged item is not covered by insurance.
