The Magazine is approximately 8-1/4 X 10-15/16 inches and 40 pages long.

This magazine is in good condition. Note that there is an address label on the front cover that I have blanked out the address in the picture. The address appears on the actual magazine. Both front and back covers have small dents and minor creasing and there is some sort of stain that looks like fingerprints on the front cover. I see no other writing or marking in the magazine.
