Seller's Description
This is a vintage original postcard from early 20th C. and was kept in a thick paper album with corner straps that belonged to my late grandfather. The image shows a painting of Rheinstein Castle. Publisher Künstlerkarten-Verlag von Karl Rud. Bremer & Co., Köln a. Rh. Unposted, rear is unwriten. Rear has Schloß Rheinstein. Auf steilem Bergkegel kühn er-baut, eines der schönsten Schlösser am Rhein; die alten Trümmer wurden vom Prinzen Friedrich von Preußen erworben und 1825-29 erstand der Neubau. Besitzer ist jetzt Prinz Heinrich von Preußen. Nr. 5348 (Rhein). It is in Good condition for age, see scans (which clearly show ALL edges). For protection it will be posted in an acid free plastic sleeve in a "Do not bend" card backed envelope.
