Published by G. Gallo, No 641, Visto Censura, Torino.
Postally used on 16 June 1914 with Ventimiglia cancellations on red 10c stamp and sent to Miss Topsy Orchard, 19 Newlands Terrace, Edinburgh, Scotland.
Fairly good condition, with very slight corner bumps, but some creasing to the bottom right corner.
