Printed monochrome on blue postcard showing a view of Ross Castle at Killarney in Co Kerry, Ireland.
Published by Blum & Degen, London, No 2742, undivided back.
Postally used 1 October 1901 with double circle Ventnor cancellation on green one halfpenny Queen Victoria stamp and sent to Mademoiselle J. Lebhecht, Château de Valois, par Wetteran, Belgium and with receipt postmarks for Gand (Station) and Wetteren on the following day. Jeanne Libbrecht married Jacques de Brouwer a few days later on the 5th of October 1901.
Good condition, with very slight corner bumps.
