Roger & Smith Silver Plated 3 Piece Coffee Set - Circa date 1870
Beautiful and elegant vintage three piece coffee set. The set includes a coffee pot, creamer and sugar bowl the set is stamped Rogers and Smith, New Haven Conn 1902. I do not know the name of the pattern but the set is very ornate the body of the pieces have a embedded leaf and fern design, the rim below the tops of each piece has a raised pattern with what appears to be cherubs in different story settings. The handle of both the coffee pot and the creamer have a raised pattern of dots and what I think are arrows. This is an old set and has various dings and dark spots, the inside of both the creamer and the coffee pot are in great shape, the inside of the sugar bowl has dark pot marks and scratches. But visually the set is in great condition and would make an awsome display piece. I have more pictures and I can take even more pictures if you would like more visual details. The coffee pot stands approx 9" high and the creamer stands approx 5" high and the sugar bowl about 4" high.
