bg977 A rare limited edition of circa 500 published souvenir circa 25 years ago of the RFA Tideflow shown at Capetown in South Africa from a Kodak master unused and mint - Individually numbered on reverse from the limited edition series so a very scarce and specialist real photo souvenir.
Commissioned in 1956, the ship was originally named Tiderace, but was renamed Tideflow in 1958 to avoid confusion with other members of the class. Tideflow was decommissioned in November 1975, and arrived at Bilbao on 10 May 1976 to be broken up.
