Original British 30 inch x 40 inch Quad Poster for the 1990 Barbet Schroeder Thriller REVERSAL OF FORTUNE, based on the book ‘Reversal of Fortune: Inside the von Bülow Case’ written by law professor Alan Dershowitz and starring Glenn Close, Jeremy Irons, Ron Silver, Annabella Sciorra, Fisher Stevens and Felicity Huffman.
It recounts the true story of the unexplained coma of socialite Sunny von Bülow (Close), the subsequent attempted murder trial, and the eventual acquittal of her husband, Claus von Bülow (Irons), who had Dershowitz acting as his defense
Poster design by Bill Gold (1921 - 2018). An American graphic designer best known for thousands of film poster designs. Gold worked with many leading directors, including Vincente Minnelli, John Ford, Clint Eastwood and John Huston.
The poster is in fine folded condition.
