*Rebuilt* GM OEM Air Compressor for Air Ride Suspension (air shocks)

• Rebuilt - Disassembled, cleaned internally and lubricated, inspected for worn components (20-point inspection) and replaced needed parts. Dryer rebuilt. New intake hoses & o-ring. Re-painted.

  • Inspected filters, isolators, piston, cylinder, valves, seals, and other components.

  • (Most used air compressors do not perform optimally due to leaking seals, often caused by internal debris and worn components. They typically have damaged intake hoses. These factors reduce output, increase how much the part has to run, and shorten life.)

  • Most aftermarket air compressors are of poor quality, based on feedback from customers.

• Tested. Confirmed proper operation.

• The rebuilt dryer (the smaller black cylinder) restores air drying capability to factory performance, which may improve the longevity of the air shocks.

• One year warranty (the same as GM's warranty on new parts). This air compressor should last many years with a properly functioning air suspension system. Make sure your rear shock boots are in good condition and have no leaks in the system so that you don't burn out the air compressor.

Core may be required: For this type of air compressor, the buyer's old core air compressor may be required in exchange. If required, I will include a return shipping label in the box for you to send your old air compressor to me after your installation. There is no additional cost to the buyer.

Rebuilt OEM part... This part has been treated and painted to improve surface condition. The metal components typically developed rust (due to the mounting location on the vehicle), but did not affect the operation of the part. The pictures are from a previously sold unit (I sell many of these). There can be some variation in surface condition, but all parts sold are similar to the one pictured.
