This 52 page Special from Jun.-July 1971 is in GD/VG condition with All pages here and complete! This actually LOOKS FN to FN+...Flat, Clean and Colorful, but this copy has a slight vertical tear on the upper spine and the usual slight general wear along the edges, as well as a stain on the upper back cover. Officially, this is DC GIANT # G-84 and one of the seldom seen extra page comics!! The cover is by Curt Swan, Murphy Anderson, Colors by Jack Adler and Letters by Gaspar Saladino!

There are a bunch of stories here featuring Superman, Lois Lane and the staff of the Daily Planet!

"Hercules in the 20th Century!" is a 13 page classic by Otto Binder, Wayne Boring and Stan Kaye, as Lex Luthor builds a time-machine to bring Hercules to the present to use him to stop Superman! Hercules gets wise to Luthor's plan and helps Superman stop Luthor, and then decides to stay in the present and falls in love with Lois Lane!

"Superman's Battle with Hercules!" is 13 pager by Otto Binder, Wayne Boring and Stan Kaye, as Hercules wants to marry Lois, but Lois won't marry him while Superman is around..,so Hercules tries to get rid of Superman! Easier said than done! This classic story Reprints from Action Comics #268 (September 1960)!

"Titano the Super-Ape!" is by the same creative team, and is a true Classic Superman Story!! Lois befriends an intelligent chimp Toto just before he is sent into orbit inside a satellite. While in orbit, the satellite passes by a collision of a uranium metorite with a kryptonite one, which causes the chimp to grow to enormous size and shoot kryptonite beams from his eyes! Because of this change, Lois re-names him Titano! Though not meaning any harm, Titano poses a threat to humanity and Superman, so the army traps the giant chimp, planning to execute him...but Lois devises a way to block Titano's kryptonite vision so Superman can send him into the past where he cannot harm anyone! Reprinted from Superman #127 (February 1959)!

"The Showdown Between Luthor and Superman!" is by Edmond Hamilton, Curt Swan and George Klein, as we see Lex Luthor escaping from jail, challenging Superman to meet him in a fair fight without his super powers! This Reprints from Superman # 164 (October 1963)!
