*Includes Pro-SealXL4 System Leak Sealer mixed in with the refrigerant.
With 4 oz. of ProSealXL4, System Sealer and leak stop mixed in with the refrigerant.

Forms a hard seal on metal, schrader valves, O-rings, gaskets, a/c condensers, evaporators, line sets and solder joints.
Proseal XL4 repairs minor leaks in home, heat pump, large auto, and industrial applications.
One can will normally repair a leak in systems up from 1.5 to 5 ton.
Even though Proseal XL4 can form a seal on the schrader valve, when you hook up to it the seal will release and allow you to use the schrader if necessary.
If there is still Proseal XL4 in the system it will reseal the schrader.

On January 23rd 2023, our community began to remove all of the older style refrigerants from the site and we applaud this move.

Yes, however, first and foremost, the EPA does not condone, recommend or approve of mixing any Refrigerant.

However, R470a does not form an azeotropic mixture with the older style Refrigerant.
Therefore, if a technician inadvertently or unknowingly adds R470a to a system containing the older style Refrigerant the system will not generate any higher pressures and will operate as normal without any harm to system components.
