Original 1771 6 1/8 inch x 11 inch copper plate engraving titled PROSPECT OF THE RUINS OF GLASTONBURY ABBY, IN SOMERSETSHIRE.
View of Glastonbury Abbey, low walls of the Abbot's lodgings in the foreground, the Abbot's kitchen, a square building with an octagonal funnel roof to left, the abbey church and choir and the remains of St Joseph's chapel in the middle ground, with the tower of the town church in the distance. Two people with a dog in the foreground. The Tor, topped by the roofless St Michael's Tower, on its hill behind.
