Pretty Antique Davenport Blue & White Saucer

Beautiful little saucer in blue and white transferware showing a central design of figures riding on a horse and cart. It also has majestic buildings  all around the rim. It has a printed stamp 'Davenport' and also the embossed anchor stamp, with date figures, that was used until 1860. The two date numbers are hard to read but I think they might possibly be '58' or '59'? There is a tiny chip on the base standing rim and a couple of little glaze flakes to the rim.
