Seller's Description

This is a postcard showing a view of Kobe harbour, Japan.  The large grey vessel is a US Military Sea Transportation Service troopship (P2-SE1-R1 type).  The freighter in the foreground is (by its funnel marking) from the NYK Line.  The card is unposted and probably dates from the md 1950s.

The card is in fair condition with minor wear to the corners and edges, and some marks.

Please see some other naval and military items, currently on sale, as well as other Japanese cards.
