Overall condition is acceptable. This book was found with the cover about 95% torn off. It was fully removed, the multitude of sharp creases reinforced with clear tape (on the inside) to prevent any further tearing, then the cover placed back on using clear binding tape. Not perfect but the book is back to readable, and presentable, shape. The back cover has minor to moderate edge wear, two tiny tears on the outer edges, dog ear creasing in the upper and lower left corners, some indents, and a bit above average shelf wear. The spine has a vertical crease, heavy edge wear, and edge chipping. Interior pages have some minor staining and discoloration with age.
