The front says: MODEL 5813 PROPORTIONAL CONVERTER The gauge says: PICKER D.C. VOLTS It goes from 0 to 2500 The bottom left has a power light that says: POWER To the right of that is a knob that says: VOLTAGE To the right of that is a switch that says: ON OFF and TRANSISTORIZED On the back is a plate that says: MODEL 600013 Then there is a sticker that says: DANGER - 3000 VOLTS There is a coax type input that says: DETECTOR INPUT Below that is a coax type output that says: DETECTOR OUTPUT There is a fuse that says: 1/2A S/B 115 VOLTS (1/4A for 230V) 50/60 CYCLES And then you have the power cord. The only cable that came in was the attached power cord. We basically plugged it in, the power light came on, and the needle on the gauge moved. That was the extent of the test. It will be an as is sale. It has a few scratches and a label was removed from the back which left a mark.
