The caption reads "Neck and neck during exercise at Epsom this morning for tomorrow's Derby are SEA BREAK, one-time Derby favourite by SEA BIRD II (nearest camera) partnered by his jockey JOHNNY ROE and SPANISH DOUBLOON.
