All items offered are genuine release (usually 1st), old, cinema movie items and so had a 'life' before sale, so unlikely ever to be mint.

This item:    A very rare item. On offer is a small, limited print booklet published circa 1960. The booklet is 16 pages, including the covers and deals with Peter's life, movies and personal interests. As its Foreward states...'Mr. and Mrs. Cushing have two houses. One is in London which they use as a base for his work. The other is in Whitstable, where they go to relax. This little booklet is only concerned with the latter...' And that is the point of this booklet - it is Peter's Whitstable base that is pre-eminent here for it is a local publication with headings of A Pork Pie At Least, Hollywood,  E.N.S.A, Scarf Designer etc. The front cover (shown) is signed by Peter as just 'Peter' so a more personal signature with an 'X' after it but also showing an early example of his 'May God's blessing be with you always'. One of the rarest Cushing printed items.   Very Rare

Condition: (Range from Fine – Very Good – Good – Poor with ++ to - - for further differentiation) :      Very Good ++:    very good corners and edges very minor wear. (see photos for further detail; feel free to ask for specific detail.)
