Original old oil and gas industry trade magazine vintage ad for PATTERSON-BALLAGH CORPORATION of Los Angeles, CA. But the Bettis Protectors Stayed On. This well in the Seminole field, Oklahoma, blew out shooting 1500 feet of drill pipe out of the hole.The drill pipe was not broken in any way. Every Bettis Protector held its won and stayed in place during the wild ejection of the pipe from the hole. This 1931 petroleum oil field drilling equipment magazine advertisement would display beautifully matted and framed.
