Published by John Wilson & Son, Sheffield, not numbered.
Postally used on 5 August 1906 with double circle Sheffield cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Mr Joe Sprigg, 48 Engine Row, Woodhouse Mill, Sheffield.
Good condition, with slight corner bumps, but some album marks and loss of glaze to bottom left corner.
