Monochrome real photographic postcard showing a view of the Palata Državne Štamparije or BIGZ building in Belgrade, Serbia, a classic example of Yugoslav Modernism designed by Dragiša Brašovan.

Postally used on 2 January 1942 with Sulina (Romania) cancellations on bluish-voilet 1 lei and carmine rose 5 lei stamps and sent to Hungary and with purple cachet of Szentirmay Tibor Gyula - Tulajdona and purple cachet showing date of acquisition as 1 May 1953.
Good condition, with slight corner bumps, but a few dark marks to right centre.
