The Intek MT3030 is a Licence Free 2-Way Radio PMR446 and LPD Band . It performs well on transmit and receive, with an excellent range considering its size. The battery life is also very good.
The radio has a number of advanced features such as VOX, Scan & Dual Watch and includes 2 ear bud VOX microphones.
Testing these we found out that the supplied headsets give some of the clearest VOX audio that we have ever heard from PMR446 radios.
This is a great all round radio, ideal for business use such as tradesmen, schools, hotels, retail outlets etc. As well as Skiing, cycling, hiking an other leisure pursuits.
These radios come with a separate charger each (not a twin charger) which saves time if two users live separately.
