Gene Summers (Paul Massie) is an American Air Force pilot recruited as an agent who faces an engrossing moral dilemma when he is parachuted into France to eliminate a suspected traitor in the French Resistance.

Photograph by John Jay (1920 - 2005). John Jay was born in 1920 in London. His career began at the age of fifteen when he left school to become a photographer’s apprentice. He was one of Britain’s top motion picture photographers who traveled the world and worked on the sets of such films as Holiday Camp, Good-Time Girl, The Quatermass Xperiment, The Curse of Frankenstein, The Day the Earth Caught Fire, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, 2001: A Space Odyssey and Star Wars.
