Up for sale is a old vintage original little golden book The Taxi That Hurried a (C) edition by Lucy Sprague Mitchell and illustrated by Tibor Gergely and published by Simon & Schuster in New York in 1946. On the front cover the corners are lightly rounding from age, and on the cover there is light scuff marks, and wear. On the back cover the corners are lightly rounding from age and there is light scuff marks, and wear. On the inside of the front cover in the box there is scribbling. Beside this the pages has no pen or pencil marks, tears, creases, crayon, stains, or fading. But the pages dose show light rounding, and light yellowing from age. Besides this the book is in great condition for being 78 years old.
