Up for sale is a old vintage original Children's Book basic reader Looking Ahead written by Paul McKee, and Published by Houghton Mifflin Co., and illustrated by C. L. Hartman and others in 1950. Also on the front cover along the top and down the edge of the cover there is wear, scuff marks, fraying, and the corners are rounding from age, and on the front cover there is wear and scuff marks. Also at the top and bottom of the spine there is wear, nicks, scuff marks, and along the spine there is scuff marks, and scratches. On the back cover along the top and down the edge of the cover there is wear, fraying, scuff marks, and the corners are rounding from age, and on the back cover there is wear scuff marks, and scratches. On the inside of the front cover on the first pages there is a stamp of the name of the school. Besides this the pages are in great condition no pen or pencil marks, crayon, creases, stains, or fading. But the pages are lightly rounding and yellowing from age. Also some pages has light smudges and on 2 pages there is a nick out of the page. Also on 2 other pages there is a tear 1/2" long, and 2" long. Besides this the book is in great condition for being 74 years old.
