Original 10 inch x 8 inch Still of JAMES CRUZE for the 1926 James Cruze Adventure OLD IRONSIDES.
Text on the reverse: “Ready, Fire! ----- James Cruze, Paramount director, giving the order to begin the memorable battle of Tripoli Bay for a scene in “Old Ironsides”, an historical story of the conquest of the United States against Tripoli in 1804. The entire sea battle has been directed by means of an especially built portable broadcasting system. Those featured in the cast of “Old Ironsides”, are Esther Ralston, Wallace Beery, George Bancroft, Charles Farrell and Johnnie Walker.”
The still is in very good condition with a synopsis tacked to the reverse and a fine crease at the upper right corner
