Published by F. Frith & Co Ltd, Reigate, Frith's Series, not numbered (No 24873, registered in 1890).

Postally used on 23 December 1903 with duplex 50 Barnstaple cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Miss M Dyehouse, Meadow View, Penn, Near Wolverhampton.

Good condition, with slight corner bumps.
