Original U.S. 27 inch x 41 inch 1-Sheet Poster for the 1990 Jonathan Lynn Crime Comedy NUNS ON THE RUN, based on the novel by Roger Zelazny and starring Eric Idle, Robbie Coltrane, Camille Coduri, Janet Suzman and Doris Hayes.
Many of the outdoor scenes were shot in Chiswick, White City and Kings Cross. The soundtrack was composed and performed by Yello and also features George Harrison's song "Blow Away".
Poster design by Dan Chapman.
Dan has been an artist all his life and has been working in the film industry for 26 years. His work as a poster artist has won numerous awards and is included as part of the permanent collection in The Library of Congress. He spent 15 years as a creative executive working in motion pictures advertising for every major studio in Los Angeles. In 2002 he started his own design company.
The poster is in very good folded condition.
