Seller's Description

Original British 30 inch x 40 inch Quad Poster for the 1960 George Sherman Western NONE BUT THE BRAVE (FOR THE LOVE OF MIKE) starring Richard Basehart, Stuart Erwin, Rex Allen, Arthur Shields and Danny Bravo.

A young Indian boy trains a horse for an important race, hoping to win enough money to build a shrine for his village.

The poster artwork is by A. “Jock” W. Hinchliffe.
Hinchliffe was born in Perth, Scotland. In 1953 he had a studio in Chalk Farm, North London, where he produced a series of six oil paintings as publicity for 20th Century Fox’s “The Robe”. He had been engaged by Fox in 1926 and produced posters and ads continuously for them, and for Disney, well into the 1960s.

Printed by Stafford & Co. Ltd., Netherfield, Nottingham and London

The poster is in very good folded condition with a pinhole in each corner and other minor faults.
