Original 1946 leather handbag manufacturing trade magazine vintage ad for the NEW YORK BAG COMPANY, INC. Main office and factory was located at 22 West 32nd Street, New York, NY. New Yorker Endwring Classics. Fashioned of fine, durable top-grain buffalo leather. Black or brown in a wide selection of styles, fitted with change purse, mirror and zipper compartment. Retail price was about $4.00 (plus 20% tax). This old dated one page post-war magazine advertisement would display beautifully matted and framed.
