Seller's Description

This handsome mug or tankard features the Norman Rockwell "River Pilot" print, which depicts a young boy starting his training and using a spyglass.  The print has Norman Rockwell's classic signature.  A description of the scene is on the back of the mug with the Norman Rockwell Museum Authenticity mark at the bottom.  The rim and bottom of the mug, as well as its handle are trimmed in what I believe is 24 karat gold.  The copyright symbol on the back shows that this mug was produced in 1985 by The Norman Rockwell Museum, Inc.

This tankard stands 4-3/8" tall and holds about 10 ounces.  It is in perfect new condition, with no chips, cracks or flaws that I can see.  It would make a terrific gift or addition to any mug or Norman Rockwell collection.
