Natural light sky Blue Topaz, each 4X2mm, all prong set on the right side
of the design. On the left side is a double swirl of Sterling and on the outer
frame 1 small natural Diamond near the top. The Heart measures aprox
13/16" X 13/16" (not counting the bail) and weighs aprox 2.836 grams of
Solid (Stamped 925 & R CHINA on the back bottom) Sterling Silver. This
