very difficult to tell! Reviewing it I
think it may be a forgery as the
outline of the overprint appears to be
black but the inner part of the
overprint is very pale (i.e. the ink is
not uniform) making it look green. I
will do some more research on this
stamp and amend the description as
necessary.
