Postally used on 26 August 1960 with Blackpool cancellation and World Mental Health slogan postmark on red 2½d stamp and sent to Mr & Mrs C. Francis of Builth Road, near Builth Wells, Radnorshire, Wales.
Fairly good condition, with slight corner bumps, but crease to bottom right corner and small crease to bottom left corner.
