How to do if the extension arm is so stiff and hard to move?
You can try to apply a little WD-40 lubricant to the arm's joint to achieve a smooth movement. Or using a spanner/socket wrench to fix the tension nut and bolt then use a 10mm Allen key to slightly help loosen the bolt no more than 1/3 turn.

Can a 65in TV swivel a full 180 degrees?
Yes, TVs up to 75in can swivel ±90 degrees, larger TV size like 85in TVs can swivel ±80 degrees and 90in TVs can swivel ±69 degrees.
