This is the original WIFI/Wireless LAN antenna for the Motorola MW 800 Computer Terminals.

Motorola P/N: FTN6709A

It will also work with any wireless card or router that uses the Reverse Polarity SMA connector.

RP- SMA connectors are usually found on desktop wireless cards or routers

The 'RP' in RP-SMA stands for Reverse Polarity. Hardware manufacturers seem to love using connectors that are hard to find.

This antenna has the RP-SMA pigtail connector built-in!.

If you have a linksys , belkin, netgear or other wireless card or router with the connector shown in the pictures below then this is the antenna for you!

Reverse polarity SMA 2.4Ghz Radome Antenna (2400 Mhz)

Reverse polarity SMA (RP-SMA or RSMA) is a proprietary variation of the SMA connector specification which reverses the gender of the interface, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. The male RP-SMA connector has the same external housing as a standard male SMA connector; however, the internal prong is replaced by a receptacle. The female RP-SMA connector has the same housing as a standard female SMA connector however the prong found on a male SMA connector is on the female RP-SMA connector.

RP-SMA connectors are widely used by Wi-Fi equipment manufacturers on their wireless cards and routers.

Body Mount Antenna - 2.4GHZ

The DM Series Low Profile "Dome" antenna radome

consists of White (standard) or Black ABS UV resistant

plastic and threaded feed thru. The bottom mounting

plate is outfitted with a sealing gasket for a watertight

seal. A mounting nut and washer are also supplied for

securing both style of antennas.

These new antennas complement Mobile Mark's 2.4 GHz

antenna product line with a new mounting option. These

body mount style antennas can be mounted to any

vehicle, container or bulkhead. The rugged style is

excellent for industrial applications, yet attractive for

consumer use.

The designs use a 5/8" (16mm) feed thru for securing to

the vehicle. Access to the underside of the body surface

is required to complete the installation. The antennas are

outfitted with 12 foot of Rf-195 cable & RP-SMA

male connector.

Antenna performance is 2.0 dBi for the DM Series, with no ground

plane required for proper operation. The antennas can

even be mounted on fiberglass or plastic housing and

meet specifications.
