Product must be returned completely intact as it was originally packed, in its original packaging and with our return authorization number marked clearly on return label only - not package. No returns after 30 days, period. We cover costs for Damaged OR Defective items, or parts of an item, or mis-shipments and they must be exchanged or discarded for replacement of new parts or entire product if necessary (determined by seller review of photos). Or, in the case of minor freight damage, where entire item does not need to be replaced, but can be repaired to new condition and guaranteed by a professional furniture repair technician, you agree that is a satisfactory solution which will be covered by us. Refusing to allow us to replace or repair such parts or the entirety of an item, in lieu of a return, would incur the same return costs to you as if you were returning a non-defective or non-damaged item simply due to personal reasons or buyer’s remorse.
