This item looks unused.
Note: One blemish spot is noted on the Internal collar fabric-see pics. This is a fray of internal material near the inside collar seam tape. This fray is of the interior fabric approximately 3/16-1/4 inch long-- and does Not pass through to the outside of the jacket fabric. In addition, this same area (on the outside) is under a weather band of material and the hood when deployed. This blemish could be covered with seam tape or a drop of sealant --if you desired to do so.
