Original commercial bakery trade magazine vintage ad for MIDDLEBY-MARSHALL in Chicago, IL. Welded box construction reels guaranteed forever. Cookie-Matic Revolutionary one girl automatic cookie making and baking machine. batter goes in one end, baked and cooled cookies comes out from other. recently bought by Peter Pan Bake Shops, Joyce Food Products, Campbell and So, Three Star Bakery in Brooklyn, Goldstein Bakery, F.W. Woolworth. 1958 unique old baking industry advertisement. About six issues of this rare magazine was found in a storage unit, in their original, rolled paper mailing sleeve addressed to Frieds Bakery in Mountaindale, New York. These magazines were folded in half, unopened for 55 years. As such, the bakery ads may have a slight crease or warp down the center, but would still display magnificently when matted and framed.
