Metal Men #51 comic book Introducing VOX the Bionic Bandit 1977

This is a copy of DC Heads Up, Metal Men.  #51 May 1977.  Introducing the VOX the Bionic Bandit.  I grade this book 5.0 VG/F.  Book lays flat and has nice bright colors.  Small stain on cover (see photo).  Slight creases on cover.  Slight corner dings. The pages are white to off-white.  The staples are nice and tight and there are no missing pages.  I can find no marks or tears.
