Original British 17 inch x 11 inch Trade Advertisement from Kinematograph Weekly for the 1953 Lewis Milestone Musical MELBA starring Patrice Munsel, Robert Morley, John McCallum, John Justin, Alec Clunes, Martita Hunt, Sybil Thorndike, Joseph Tomelty, Beatrice Varley and Theodore Bikel.
The highly fictionalized story of Nellie Melba, Australian-born soprano who rose to operatic fame in the latter part of the 19th century and who had a dessert and form of dry toast named after her.
The Advertisement is in very good condition with a vertical centre fold with 2 staple holes along it.
