The pattern pieces and instructions are in good used condition. The envelope has corner and edge wear and part of the flap has been cut off. (See Pictures).
The pattern package weighs 117 grams (4.1 ounce). Shipping weight will be 150 grams. The pattern envelope measures approximately 19.5 X 15 X 3.5 cm (8¼ X 6 X 1½ inch) and will ship in a 33 X 23 cm envelope (The pattern contents will ship in 2 stacks in the one mailing envelope).

I have seen this with some of the patterns that I buy or that are given to me to sell.
That is why I take the time to inventory every piece of the pattern. I give you an accurate list of what is in the package, no surprises. Also, whenever possible, I show pictures of the front & rear of the pattern envelope, the Cutting guide and the size chart. The suggested materials and notion lists are also supplied in my listings.
Please Note that I ship patterns via Canada Post letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag (if weight allows) placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping please let me know prior to paying for the item.
Of course, as always, I combine shipping and all stated postage includes free insurance.
