Note: The pattern sheet has a large rip in it which has ripped through pieces 17. Front and Back, 18. Sun, 20. Bush, and 22. House. The pieces are still usable with a little TLC (and tape).
The envelope is in poor condition, completely open on one side, partially open on the bottom. (see Pictures).
The pattern package weighs 80 grams (2-3/4 ounce). Shipping weight will be 110 grams. The pattern envelope measures approximately 22 X 15.5 X 2.4 cm (8 X 6 X 1 inches).

I have seen this with some of the patterns that I buy or that are given to me to sell.
That is why I take the time to inventory every piece of the pattern. I give you an accurate list of what is in the package, no surprises. Also, whenever possible, I show pictures of the front & rear of the pattern envelope, the Cutting guide and the size chart. The suggested materials and notion lists are also supplied in my listings.
Please Note that I ship patterns via Canada Post letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag (if weight allows) placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping please let me know prior to paying for the item.
Of course, as always, I combine shipping and all stated postage includes free insurance.
