Marvel Tales # 40 - December 1972 - Good (Cover wear)
"Doc Ock Wins!" by Stan Lee, John Romita, Mickey Demeo and Sam Rosen finds Spider-Man searching New York City for Doctor Octopus after the theft of an experimantal device called The Nullifier---and in the heat of battle, Ock switches it on--which causes Spider-Man to get instant amnesia--which causes Octopus to decieve him into believing he's his ally Classic!!!
QUESTPROBE # 3 - Nov. 1985 - VG
"Strangers!" opens with The Human Torch and Alicia Masters alone in the Baxter Building, when all of a sudden a strange being materializes and opens a black door portal and the Torch flies through it, even as She-Hulk arrives! She watches as the being vanishes, as we then learn a little more about him! He then appears before Ben Grimm, The Thing on an Alien World, who plays mind tricks with Benjy until he, too, enters the black portal!! This cool story is by David Micheline, Ron Wilson, Joe Sinnott and Rick Parker!
